Andre is an experienced senior manager and team leader with over 30 years of automotive OEM and Tier 1 experience. Prior to joining Flex in 2016, Andre held various roles at FCA for over 30 years within Product Planning. In his current role, Andre leads best practices in the development and application of innovative vehicle electrification products and develops business and technology road maps for all future products.  In addition, he manages the creation of an advanced product planning model and philosophy and is a contributing member of the Innovation Council and Sketch to Scale Steering Committee.

Andre is a graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
